Job description
Device: Starlink Mini Issue Description: The unit was exposed to water ingress. A significant amount of water (approximately 100 mL) was found inside the enclosure. The device may have continued operating for several days before the issue was discovered. After disassembly, the water was removed and the internal PCB was cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Visible corrosion was removed. The device was then thoroughly dried. Current behavior: The unit does not boot or connect to the Starlink network. When power is applied, a repetitive clicking/ticking sound is heard, indicating a possible power cycling or protection circuit activation. Cleaning and drying did not resolve the issue.
